CESFA conducted a comprehensive Solar Power Technology training session for students of the M5 Police Club, integrating both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The session was led by Mr. Siva Kumar, an experienced trainer in renewable energy technologies. Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of solar energy, system components, and installation techniques, followed by hands-on practical demonstrations to reinforce their learning. The interactive approach enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of sustainable energy solutions and their real-world implementation. This initiative reflects CESFA's commitment to promoting environmental awareness and equipping young learners with practical, future-oriented technical skills in the field of renewable energy.

Workshop 2

A special day at our center! We had the privilege of hosting Mrs. Sangeetha along with her son, who led a unique and interactive session with our children. The session was filled with meaningful conversations on discipline, family bonding, and the importance of spending quality time with parents. The highlight was the two-way counseling approach - where not only were the children guided, but they also got a chance to openly share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This created a beautiful exchange of ideas, helping both parents and children understand each other better. Sessions like these remind us that education is not only about academics, but also about building strong values, emotional well-being, and healthy relationships. A big thank you to Mrs. Sangeetha and her son for taking the time to connect with our students and inspire them in such a thoughtful way.

Workshop 3

CESFA Foundation Trust and the M5 Police Club were privileged to host Mr. Anbazhagan and Mrs. Thilagavathi from Singapore, an event designed to inspire our students. Mr. Anbazhagan shared his remarkable success story, underscoring the significance of discipline and education in achieving a fulfilling life, which served to motivate the students to pursue ambitious goals and dedicated efforts. The students also showcased their creativity through short story presentations and heartfelt gifts, expressing their appreciation. We were pleased to have Mr. Veera Kumar, Sub-Inspector, and Mr. Vallarasu, M5 Police Club Coordinator, in attendance for this special event.

Workshop 4

CESFA conducted an engaging Environmental Painting Workshop at the Thiruvottriyur Library for school students, aimed at promoting awareness about environmental conservation. The workshop encouraged young minds to express their thoughts on nature, sustainability, and the importance of protecting the environment through creative art. Students actively participated by illustrating themes such as pollution control, waste management, and green living. The session not only nurtured their artistic skills but also instilled a sense of responsibility towards the environment. Through this initiative, CESFA continues to inspire and educate the younger generation to become conscious citizens and advocates for a sustainable future.

Workshop 5

CESFA conducted an interactive Storytelling Workshop at Shree Hari Sharadha Matriculation School, focused on enhancing students' communication and expression skills. The session encouraged students to articulate their thoughts creatively while building confidence in speaking. Through engaging activities, narration techniques, and real-life storytelling exercises, students learned how to structure ideas, improve vocabulary, and express themselves effectively. The workshop created a lively and supportive environment where participants actively shared stories and developed their public speaking abilities. Workshop 6

CESFA facilitated the participation of students in the 5th International Conference on Liberal Education and Sustainability, held at Vidya Vanam School, Coimbatore. This enriching experience was made possible with the generous support of Suyam Charitable Trust. The conference provided students with a unique platform to explore progressive ideas in education, sustainability practices, and global perspectives. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and exposure to diverse thought leaders, students gained valuable insights beyond the classroom. This initiative reflects CESFA's dedication to broadening students' horizons, encouraging critical thinking, and empowering them with knowledge aligned to a sustainable and holistic future

Workshop 7

CESFA Foundation, in collaboration with Smartlife Foundation ( DUBAI ) , is conducting a one-year Spoken English program at SRDS School, located in Kattur, Mattur. This initiative aims to enhance students' communication skills and build confidence in English speaking. The program focuses on practical learning through interactive sessions, vocabulary development, pronunciation practice, and real-life conversations. Students are guided to express themselves clearly and effectively in both academic and everyday situations. Through this long-term initiative, CESFA continues its commitment to empowering students with essential language skills, opening doors to better educational and career opportunities.

Workshop 8

CESFA facilitated the distribution of educational kits to students of SRDS School, generously sponsored by Mr. Venkat (Pencil Man) from the UAE. This initiative aimed to support students with essential learning materials and encourage their academic journey. The kits were thoughtfully provided to enhance students' access to basic educational resources, helping them stay motivated and engaged in their studies. The contribution reflects a strong commitment towards empowering young learners and supporting their growth. CESFA organized an inspiring career guidance session for students, featuring Mr. Sabil from Canam Studies Abroad. The session focused on opportunities for higher education abroad, including available courses, global career pathways, and scholarship options. Students gained valuable insights into the application process, eligibility requirements, and financial planning for studying overseas. The interactive session motivated students to explore international education and broaden their academic and career aspirations.
